Pasini Reports: IDC Captures the Industry's Portrait

It's was early in the morning yesterday, but three IDC speakers managed to keep us awake discussing the state of the industry.
"Digital Photography 2.0 -- Planning Your Products for the Next Digital Wave" was the topic. But it took three IDC presenters to cover it.
They each took a different angle, starting with a look at the growing market in Latin America. The camphone-digicam battle was the next topic, followed by a look at home photo printing. IDC's presentations are based on their surveys of users, an approach we find refreshing.
