Fujifilm X-E1

16.3 megapixel, Compact System Camera, 3.06x Zoom

The Fuji X-E1 may be the baby brother to the X-Pro1 compact system camera, but in many ways is its equal. With the same impressive 16.3MP APS-C X-Trans CMOS sensor as the flagship model, the X-E1 also does away with a low-pass filter and produces images with great detail and high ISO performance, while the X-Trans array works to avoid moire patterns. While the stylishly retro X-E1 looks a lot like its bigger sibling, it's also a lot lighter -- and less expensive -- despite boasting many of the same features.

Released November 2012

Fujifilm X-Pro1

16.3 megapixel, Compact System Camera, Non-Zoom

It's not just a retro look that distinguishes the Fujifilm X-Pro1, but its cutting-edge hybrid optical viewfinder and emphasis on quality prime lenses. Excellent image quality with very clean detail is the extra surprise inside.

image of the Fujifilm X10 digital camera

Fujifilm X10

12.0 megapixel, Mid-Sized, 4.00x Zoom

The Fujifilm X10 harks back to days gone by, offering a really solid, camera-like body littered with external controls. Unfortunately, an image quality issue on specular highlights tempers our enthusiasm for the time being.

image of the Fujifilm X100S digital camera

Fujifilm X100S

16.3 megapixel, Mid-Sized, Non-Zoom

The Fuji X100S rangefinder-style camera takes a leap forward with its new 16MP X-Trans CMOS II sensor that helps it deliver stellar images with low noise, high dynamic range, good color and improved resolution. And, its overall performance bests that of its popular predecessor, the X100. However, in many ways, the camera didn't turn out to be as big an upgrade as we had hoped.
