Our good friend Rob Galbraith, a professional photojournalist and proprietor of the Rob Galbraith Digital Photography Insights website, has posted news of pricing updates on Nikon SLR digital cameras in Canada.

In one item, Rob details pricing for the Nikon D2H digital SLR and related accessories. The camera itself will cost CAD$4850 including battery and charger, whilst a copy of Nikon Capture 4 will cost CAD$150. The wireless transmitter set will cost $700, and the extended range antenna will add another $170. Pricing for the Speedlight SB800 flash is CAD$580, a AF DX 10.5mm f/2.8G IF-ED lens will cost CAD$1050, and an AF-S DX 17-55mm f/2.8G IF-ED lens will cost CAD$2050.

A second news item details pricing changes on Nikon's other digital SLRs. List pricing for the Nikon D100 is reduced from CAD$2499 to CAD$2249, the D1X set with rechargeable battery, charger and Nikon Capture 3.5.1 is reduced from CAD$6250 to CAD$5850 list, and the D1H pricing remains unchanged.
