January 22, 2004 -- Burnsville, MN, USA, Pictographics International Corp. (http://www.pictographicsint.com/) has signed a Master Distribution and OEM�agreement with PictoColor Corp. (http://www.picto.com/) assigning exclusive distribution for its award-winning iCorrect® and inCamera® products. PictoColor will market and distribute these products to end-users through its e-commerce product store and network of resellers and distributors.

PictoColor Corp. is a new company founded by the principals of Pictographics International Corp. PictoColor is committed to helping professional photographers, creative imaging professionals, and digital photo enthusiasts perfect,�preserve, and protect their digital memories.

"PictoColor�will not only be the new home of the award-winning iCorrect and inCamera products," PictoColor president Craig Huelskoetter said, "but will also become an even more comprehensive resource for related imaging products, online services, and useful information.
