Executive Brings Experience and DNP Record of Success to Digital Imaging Leader

San Marco, Texas (August 1, 2006) -- Pixel Magic Imaging (Pixel Magic), the leading provider of store-branded digital imaging solutions for the photo retail market, announces the appointment of Brett Cameron as Chief Executive Officer.

Mr. Cameron brings significant sales, marketing and technical expertise to Pixel Magic Imaging from past associations with dye sublimation printer manufacturing, most recently with DNP IMS America Corporation. Mr. Cameron's experience is an excellent fit with Pixel Magic's dedication to becoming the leading private label supplier of digital imaging hardware, software and consulting services.

Most recently Mr. Cameron was Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for DNP IMS America Corporation. At IMS America, he directed teams in Sales, Marketing, IT and Product Development. His responsibilities included management of International teams based in the Americas, the United Kingdom and Singapore. Mr. Cameron began his career with AT&T, followed by senior positions at Datamax, a manufacturer of thermal printers.

During the acceptance of his new position Mr. Cameron said, "I am honored to be part of the phenomenal growth being enjoyed by Pixel Magic Imaging. We understand that brand recognition in the photo category in retail is high. However, brand loyalty-the critical component of brand value and differentiation-is fading as film declines and digital photo advances"

"Pixel Magic is committed to enabling the power of the retailer's brand in the photo category. This commitment is the fuel for our explosive growth," Mr. Cameron continued. "In the future we will be introducing even more retailers to the many unique benefits Pixel Magic offers."

"Pixel Magic is poised to become the world leader in dye sub based dry mini-lab solutions. Our brand strategy combined with an unsurpassed price/value model has attracted attention at retail and presented us with sizeable long term opportunities," Mr. Cameron noted at the company meeting announcing his promotion.

Former Pixel Magic CEO Masato Koike will return to Japan to serve as General Manager of the Information Media Supplies (IMS) Division of DNP. Masato Koike remains Chairman of the Board of Pixel Magic Imaging.
