Just add a photonote to your Flickr portrait shot and the service dresses it with either a nice, fluffy Santa Beard guaranteed to frighten small children or a red Santa hat that comes without batteries. To get the Santa beard, use "ho ho ho beard" as your note. To get the hat, "ho ho ho hat" does the trick. Yes, you can use both. Do a search with either phrase for inspiration.
