The cross-platform iPod Access Photo can copy photos from your iPod to your computer.

Findley Designs has released the first version of iPod Access Photo, its $12.99 utility to copy photos from an iPod to a computer. Separate versions are available for both Mac OS X and Windows systems.

According to the company, the main features of the utility are:

Best Resolution Available: iPods have photos that have been resampled at many different resolutions to display on your iPod and on attached TVs if possible. iPod Access Photo will always copy the highest resolution possible for each photo. If you checked "Include full-resolution photos" in iTunes then iPod Access Photo will even use the original file.

View Photo by Album: iPod Access Photo will display all the albums on your iPod and thumbnails for all your photos. Selecting the checkbox next to an album will insure all photos in that album are copied.

Full-Size Preview: Before you copy an image you can click its thumbnail to view a full size preview of the photo in multiple resolutions.

Copy All Photos With One Click: When iPod Access Photo opens it selects all the photos in your library. To copy all your photos simply click the "Copy" button and select a folder.

Visit Findley Designs for more information or to download.
