Select Audiovox Digital Photo Frames Now Include muvee Reveal So Consumers Can Play Back Professional Quality Home Movies On Their Units

LAS VEGAS, NV – January 6, 2010 – (Virtual Press Office) - muvee, the pioneer and leader in home movie-making software and services, and Audiovox Corporation (NASDAQ: VOXX), today announced that Audiovox will add muvee applications to select Digital Photo Frames that the company will market in 2010. This means that consumers who use the muvee software to create professional-quality home movies can play them back on Audiovox Digital Photo Frames.

"Digital Photo Frames help consumers relive life's special moments and we are proud to work with Audiovox to enable their users to go one step further in sharing these cherished memories in an even more engaging way," says Terence Swee, Founder and CEO, muvee. "Now, they can use videos with music, 3D effects and transitions, all done in 3 quick steps. We all shoot so many photos today that we hardly ever have enough time to actually enjoy them all; muvee Reveal helps solve that problem."

In three steps, muvee Reveal lets users select photos and video, choose music, and select a style, and muvee automatically creates a professional-looking home movie synced to the beat of the music. The muvee Reveal Audiovox Edition has been further customized with one-click saving options that automatically choose the format, size and optimal bitrate to render the final video that will display most beautifully on the particular Audiovox Digital Photo Frame. The consumer simply uploads it on to the DPF and it is ready to view and share.

"Audiovox has stayed in the forefront of consumer electronics because we continually deliver the latest technology and consumer preferences," said Tom Malone, president, Audiovox Electronic Corporation. "This is another example of that response to technology. Now, our customers can showcase their photos with family and friends using our muvee-capable line of Digital Photo Frames."
