Award-Winning Photographer Drew Gardner to Discuss Multimedia Techniques for Shooting Video with the Latest DSLR Cameras

Ramsey, N.J. (July 1, 2010)— Manfrotto School of Xcellence, a free resource for anyone who wants to learn more about photography, announces a webinar titled, "Still in Motion," which will be held from 2:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. EDT, on Friday, July 9th. The host, Drew Gardner, a renowned London-based photographer, will discuss the challenges photographers face while exploring the HD video capabilities of their DSLR cameras.

While Gardner is well-known for his epic on-location still photography, he has recently moved into moving images, shooting an advert for Suzuki and short documentaries in South Africa. Additionally, he recently released a DVD titled "Stills in Motion," which he created to help still photographers make the transition into shooting video.

As the HD DSLR revolution continues to gain momentum, this informative webinar was created to provide photographers and videomakers with a better understanding of the video capabilities of their DSLRs. Gardner will provide tips and techniques to dramatically improve videos and advice on how one can utilize their existing still photography skills to create impressive video.
