Panasonic's Lumix FX75 combines a 5x wide-angle zoom with a 14-megapixel sensor and a touchscreen interface into a very small package with much of what everyone's looking for in a pocket digital camera.
Zoom is done via a ring surrounding the Panasonic FX75's shutter button, and video recording is available at the touch of a button. With most controls integrated into the Panasonic FX75's touchscreen, we found ourselves looking for the four-way navigator at times, but the FX75 works mostly as a modern smartphone user would expect, with swipes and taps--but no pinch zoom.
