MINNEAPOLIS -- (BUSINESS WIRE) -- Digital River, Inc. (NASDAQ: DRIV), a leading provider of global e-commerce solutions, announced that it has signed a multi-year agreement with imaging leader Nikon Inc. Under the three-year agreement, Digital River designed Nikon’s U.S. online store at shop.nikonusa.com and is managing e-commerce operations. As part of its Global Commerce™ enterprise solution, Digital River will handle end-to-end e-commerce, including order and payment processing, subscriptions, digital downloads, fraud protection and e-marketing.

Nikon’s recently launched e-store was designed for professional, prosumer and consumer imaging needs. The site will feature Nikon’s full lineup of cameras, lenses, accessories, binoculars, photo editing software and other products.
