New Actions Create the Business-Driving Looks That Make Images Pop off Monitors and Order Pages

Bend, OR – Kubota Image Tools, provider of photographer-empowering creative imaging tools, workflow-saving solutions and educational offerings for photographers of all levels, today announced the availability of “Viva La Vintage” and “Pow Wow!,” two new Kubota Action Paks totaling 48 new Photoshop® Actions specially designed to help professional photographers quickly achieve looks that drive customers to purchase images and vastly expanding the range of one-click creative possibilities for photographers on a tight timeline.

Viva La Vintage contains 24 time-warping effects to recall the most popular looks of recent decades including “TenSixties”—a cross-process style look, “Fine Tooth Comb”—a new paint-in sharpening tool for revealing micro details, “Image Grunge”—for a worn, old paper look, “Bleachy Peachy warm”—for deep darkness, bleached whites with a touch of peach and a bit of creamy smooth, and many more. Pow Wow! Also contains 24 image enhancements including “BW Museum”—a great classic version of black and white, “Pearly Shells”—a soft and light effect, “Best Rhubarb Ever”—for rosy-red toning, “It's Just a Vibe I Get”—a new classic for overall depth and color, and many more. The new Action Paks will be demonstrated throughout PhotoPlus Expo 2010 (October 28-30, 2010 at the Jacob Javits Center, New York, NY) in the Kubota Image Tools’ booth # 934.

“Over the years, I’ve come to realize that my clients always gravitate to images that tell great stories, so images need to capture perfect moments that build strong connections with their subjects. Getting the initial shot right is only the first step for successful professional photographers looking to create images that customers ultimately need to have,” said Kubota Image Tools Idea Guy Kevin Kubota. “The nostalgic looks in Viva La Vintage and high impact effects of Pow Wow! are specifically designed to build visual drama and grab clients’ attention, and have helped me spur sales on their own.”

Viva La Vintage and Pow Wow! are available through the Kubota Image Tools website at KubotaImageTools.com/VivaLaPowWow at a price of $109 each or $179 as a discounted bundle.

This new Action Pak will be available alongside popular Kubota Image Tools product for Lightroom including the Vintage Delish Lightroom Presets, Kubota Lightroom Presets V3, Kubota RPG Speedkeys for Lightroom and RAW Workflow Tutorial for Lightroom.
