ADOBE.GIF Photoshop 12.0.4 for CS5 Now Available

New version enables remote control from iOS and Android devices.

With the release of its Creative Suite 5.5 update, Adobe also made available its 12.0.4 update to Photoshop, enabling control of the application from tablets and smart phones.

In addition, the update fixes liquify performance, type related crashes, and other top customer issues. The most significant fixes include the following:

• A number of potential security vulnerabilities have been addressed.

• Liquify save mesh now works as expected.

• An issue with Sharpen crashing has been fixed.

• An issue with Quick Selection crashing has been fixed.

• The Orphea Studio File Info issue has been resolved.

The update is available at no charge to owners of Photoshop 12, released with Creative Suite 5.0 and can be downloaded using the Adobe Application Manager installed with the suite or directly from the following links:

• The Mac version is a 19.7MB download.

• The Windows version is a 54.3MB download.
