Dave tries out Canon's value-priced 1.3 megapixel 3x zoom digicam...

Last week, we reviewed Canon's PowerShot A20 camera, and were very impressed with its picture quality and color fidelity. This week, we've looked at the A20's little brother, the 1.3 megapixel PowerShot A10. We were pleased to see the same excellent color, good feature set, and good ease of use we observed in the A20. There seems to be a lot of activity among camera manufacturers these days, addressing the needs of the point & shoot user looking for good quality and features in mid-priced cameras. With the A10, Canon's provided a very nice unit for users for whom 1.3 megapixel resolution is sufficient (as a rough rule of thumb, this is enough resolution to make good-looking 5x7 prints), but who don't want to give up image quality just because they're not buying a 3 megapixel digicam. Another very nice camera from Canon, at a relatively affordable price. Check the review for full details!
