Toshiba announces firmware updates!

PDR-M60, -M61, -M65 get 128MB SmartMedia capability; -M60 also gets some other improvements...
Toshiba America Inc. has today released firmware updates for three of its digital still cameras... The PDR-M60, -M61 and -M65 are now fully compatible with 128MB SmartMedia cards, and the -M60 also gets improved battery life metering, USB connectivity (with better support for Win2000 / WinMe), and a new upgrade application.
The drivers can be downloaded from Toshiba's website. The usual caveats about firmware updates apply - they are a risky process if not performed correctly, so be sure to follow Toshiba's instructions to the letter unless you want a pretty (but not so functional) paperweight! :)
