It's Live! FULL Nikon D1x Review!

Our *FULL* review of the Nikon D1x is now "live"!
Thanks to some very speedy shipping by Nikon (thanks, Nikon!), we now have our *full* review of the hot new Nikon D1x online! (I won't use the word "exclusive", since I'm sure other sites will be getting eval units soon, but I think this is the first full review of a production unit anywhere on the web, and we certainly have the only controlled-environment test images anywhere.) Besides all the usual goodies, we've done a bit of examining how third-party applications Qimage and Bibble manage to extract even *more* detail from the D1x's CCD "raw" mode NEF files. Pretty amazing, and definitely an amazing camera. Needless to say, we really liked this one! Check it out!
