Nikon D200 Shooting Menu
Interval Timer sub-screens
Intervals between shots can be set in increments of 1 second, from 1 second to 24 hours.
The camera can capture shots for anywhere from 1 to 999 intervals. You can also tell it to capture from 1 to 9 shots after each interval has elapsed.
Once you're all set up, you can tell the camera to start shooting or not. If you don't have it start right away, the interval and shot settings will be preserved.
When the camera is in the middle of a sequence, revisiting the interval screen shows that a series is in progress, the settings, and how many images are left in the series.
You can also program the D200 to begin its interval shooting at some time in the future.
