The Fujifilm FinePix F460 is a five megapixel camera with a 3x optical zoom Fujinon-branded lens that offers an effective focal length range from 35 - 105mm, a moderate wide angle to a moderate telephoto. The Fujifilm F460 follows the current trend, with a large 2.5-inch LCD display - but no optical viewfinder (which many photographers prefer to have, as it allows them to turn off the power-hungry LCD when framing accuracy isn't vital).
The Fuji F460 offers a generous selection of scene modes, including Portrait, Landscape, Sport, Night, Text, Snow & Beach, Party, Museum, Sunset, Macro - all of which will allow photographers to have some control over how their images look, even if direct control of shutter speed and aperture aren't available. The F460 draws power from an included Lithium Ion rechargeable battery, and saves images on xD-Picture Card or 13MB of built-in memory.
If you're looking for a compact, attractive camera with a large LCD and a reasonable price point, the FinePix F460 is definitely worth taking a look at!
