Nikon D4 Optics

The Nikon D4 does not ship with a standard "kit" lens, so we don't have any lens test results. We do however have viewfinder accuracy test results below.

Excellent accuracy with both the optical viewfinder and LCD monitor in Live View mode.

The Nikon D4's optical viewfinder proved very accurate, with essentially 100% coverage (we measured 99.9%) when tested with our Sigma 70mm f/2.8 reference lens. The camera's Live View LCD mode was also extremely accurate, with 100% coverage in our measurements. Excellent performance.
