Click here to visit the Dotti website! The folks over at Sincerely Inc., creators of smartphone imaging apps such as Postagram and PopBooth, have unveiled a new creation for both Android and iOS platforms that aims to simplify the process of receiving prints for photos shot on a smartphone.

Dubbed Dotti, the new app keeps things extremely simple indeed -- simply shoot photos through Dotti, then hit thumbs up or thumbs down to indicate whether you're happy with the result. Photos you like are saved to a 'camera roll', although you can revisit this later, should you change your mind about keeping a particular image. After every twelfth photo that you save to the camera roll, you're prompted whether or not to purchase prints for the contents of the roll. A dozen prints are priced at around US$5 including shipping inside the US (42 cents per print), or US$6 shipped internationally (50 cents per print), and Dotti users prepay with the same credits used by other Sincerely apps, with discounts available on larger credit purchases.

While Dotti doesn't provide for pre-shot filters or post-shot effects, and doesn't allow printing of images shot outside the Dotti app, it does save a copy of all captured images on the smartphone, ensuring you have a full-res backup of your images regardless of whether you're printing them.

More details can be found on the Dotti website.
