Lens Review: Nikon FT-1 adapter for 1 series

Nikon announced its 1 series of cameras in October 2011; it wisely produced the FT-1 adapter to allow the use of standard F-mount lenses on a Nikon J1 or V1 camera. The adapter features a built-in tripod mount, and works best with AF-S lenses, though other Nikon or third party lenses are supported in manual focus mode.
