Panasonic Lumix TS4 reviewed: When it rains, does it shine?

Offering just about everything you want from a waterproof digital camera, the Panasonic TS4 dives deeper than most any other camera on the market, down to 40 feet. The TS4's built-in GPS is icing on a cake that includes Full HD video recording, an altimeter and a barometer. Its 12-megapixel sensor sits behind a 28-128mm lens, and it works about as well as we expected. Our big question was whether it would turn out pictures good enough to serve as an all-purpose camera as well as a rugged dynamo. See our review to answer that question!
