AMC releases gorgeous black-and-white promo photos for Season 6 of Mad Men

We post quite a few interesting vintage photos here on the IR News Feed, but here's a set that are vintage in style only. These gorgeous, black-and-white shots were released by the AMC channel to promote the upcoming sixth season of its popular show, "Mad Men."

The show, which is (usually) in color, focuses on the lives of Madison Avenue advertising executives in New York City during the 1960s. The photos below, captured by Frank Ockenfels for AMC, feature some of the show's most popular characters including Don Draper, Roger Sterling, Joan Harris, Peggy Olson and others.

Season 6 of "Mad Men" is set to premiere on April 7th with a special two-hour episode.
