Earlier this week, the Daily Show saw Jon Stewart talking with actor Jeff Garlin, who stars in the sitcom "the Goldbergs"But surprisingly, Garlin came on with a rather photocentric note, busting out a Leica M Monochrom, and mentioning his work on a documentary on Vivian Maier.

In usual Daily Show style, the interview is fairly free roaming, covering an array of topics, from delis to comedy. But it is interesting that Garlin would bring along such a niche camera—much to Stewart's bemusement. And somehow, even though they mention that it only takes black and white images, the insane pricetag of the Monochrom never comes up.

Garlin also mentions that he worked on a documentary about Vivian Maier, the recently discovered street photographer. In fact, he was the executive producer of "Finding Vivian Maier", a Kickstarter funded documentary that premiered in Toronto in 2013, and is pegged for limited release in March, 2014.

We've embedded the entire interview below (it runs around six minutes), but if you're having trouble getting that to work due to Comedy Central's strict international rules, our Canadian readers might have more luck with this.
