Remember the Olympus 15mm f/8 BCL-1580 Body Cap Lens? Announced in 2012, this bizarre little body cap lens captured the heart of many thanks to its low cost, and it's absolutely tiny size. Olympus recently announced another body cap lens, but it seems that other companies are getting in on the action, with a Fujifilm body cap lens popping up at CP+ this year.

Unfortunately, there's a lot we don't know about it. It was spotted by Japanese blog DCWatch, and it looks to be a 24mm (37mm at 35mm equivalent), fixed f/8 lens, and will weigh just 32g (1.12oz). It'll have a 1m to infinity fixed focusing distance, and will be 58mmx16.7mm large (2.3x0.66 inches). Availability and price are currently unknown.

As with the Olympus version, we're not expecting astonishing image quality from this—but rather a fun, funky, and affordable cap that you can keep on your camera, and use with next to no bulk whatsoever. We're looking forward to more information on this, and to finding out when we can get our hands on one!
