Inversion! How a cheapskate found a treasure

Inspired by a recent IR POTD, I set up the acoustic guitar to do some light painting. It takes some time to get things just right and learn how much light is needed exactly in the right spots. So after a few days of shooting and processing it was time to choose one to submit for a black and white competition.

"Oh no! I can’t waste all of that black ink for just one print. Ah ha! - Invert!"

….Oh my, what a surprise! Treasure!

Although I was thrilled with the original series, the inverted series was even more exciting and produced an entirely different feeling. And it all happened because I was a cheapskate.
