Smooth and vibrant: Hahnemühle introduces new poly-cotton, natural white Art Canvas Smooth

Hahnemühle has a new canvas product that is designed to appeal to a wide variety of artists, including photographers. The new Art Canvas Smooth is manufactured to produce deep blacks and vivid colors, and with its ISO9706 standard is guaranteed to last a long time as well.
The acid-free canvas is made without optical brighteners and weighs 370 grams per square meter. Interested photographers will be able to get their hands on the new canvas in early August and it will be available as 39-foot rolls in 24, 44 and 60 inch widths for around $135, $250 and $330 respectively.
Having not yet tried the new canvas, I can't speak to its characteristics and quality, but if it is anything like the previous Hahnemühle products I've tried (see my Hahnemühle paper reviews here and here) then it should prove to be of a very high quality indeed.
