Our Firmware Friday update this week is going to be a rather brief one, as we're not actually aware of any new updates that have landed in the last week. (If you've spotted one, sound off in the comments below and let us know!)

What we do have news to report upon, though, is a new update for the Leica M10 which looks likely to arrive imminently. The source for this rumor -- and it is just a rumor at this point, although a pretty strong one -- is an article from the folks over at Leica Rumors. They've heard tell of cameras shipping at retail with firmware version 1.0.2.0 pre-installed, rather than the firmware version 1.0.1.0 which shipped with earlier-produced cameras over the last two weeks.

So what's new in Leica M10 firmware version 1.0.2.0? We don't yet know, but it seems likely we should have the answer in the not-too-distant future. Watch this space for the full story in a future Firmware Friday roundup!
