Nikon eBook Mail Update
Live order desk now open!
EXPRESS MAIL AVAILABLE
"Where is it?" E-mails have only one answer: "It's in the mail."
If two weeks go by after you ordered and still no delivery, inquire at the Order Fulfillment Team who can track it down for you.
Minimum delivery is USPS Priority Mail for delivery in 2-3 days, tops. According to the US Post Office's own published promise, not ours.
From the USPS Web Site:
"How do you make a great deal on the Internet even better? Ship it with Priority Mail. Online purchases sent by Priority Mail can be delivered in 2-3 days for up to 50%* less than what the competitors charge. That's why Priority Mail is the best choice for both online retailers and online shoppers alike."
Priority Mail ( the $9.00 postage and handling fee) may be your best value. Book Rate Mail (the $6.00 postage and handling fee) is the least expensive.
If your eBook is over two weeks in the delivery pipeline, drop us an E-mail and please include all relevant data (name, address, E-mail address, zip code the way it appeared on the order, order date, etc.) Do NOT include your credit card number in an E-mail to the Order Fulfillment Team without first initiating a dialog with them.
Priority Mail is the equivalent of a First Class letter, supposedly, and should be able to go from California to Nome, Honolulu or Kennebunkport in no longer than 3 days.
Impatient? NOW we are offering an "overnight", premium-rate, $20.00 Postage and Handling option that will get the eBook to you as fast as is possible now that FedEX is under contract to the USPS. The Post Office swears that they'll deliver it by 3PM the Next Day or we get the postage free. They deliver Express Mail on any day of the week, too, including Sunday and holidays!
Transactions for this extra-fast delivery are all handled through the Publisher directly using the data below. If you wish to guarantee extra-fast delivery, this may be your best option.
All of this applies to US and US/California orders only. Overseas orders seem to be arriving in a very normal speed of delivery. It is frustrating to us to see people getting an eBook in the Outback of Australia faster than in Hawaii, but that's our Post Office for you. Write your Congressperson, not me.

Fortunately the delivery systems outside the US are not as delayed as the USPS delivery system seems to be. Sometimes we can get it to France, Japan or Bolivia faster than to New Jersey. Sigh.
