  • Konica Minolta 28mm f/2.8 AF

9 out of 10 points and recommended
    lightweight, f-stop, price

I use this lens mostly on a KonicaMinolta D7D. Combined with that camera its a fast lens. Because of a f-stop of 2.8 I mostly use it for available light photography, even if it`s not that crisp when wide open.
Looking at the specs of the lens, the only comparable is the Sigma 28mm F1.8. I can`t tell if the Sigma is sharper than the Minolta, but it`s definitly bigger and heavier than it.
Since KonicaMinolta sold its whole photoimaging production to Sony the original KonicaMinolta lens is only available as second hand. But fortunatly this lens is found in the Sony product catalog (same lens as the Minolta, but with Sony label)
