  • Pentax 50mm f/1.4 SMC P-FA

8 out of 10 points and recommended
Scharp, nice bokeh (but not great)
    lose manual focus ring

This is a very fine lens. A bit soft wide open, especialy in the corners, but stoped down (past f3.5) it's extremely sharp. On a digital SLR is becomes a nice portrait lens.

De manual focusring on my sample is a bit lose and less damped than the manual focus lenses (K, M, A)

  • Pentax 28-105mm f/4-5.6 IF SMC P-FA

7 out of 10 points and not recommended
Good image quality over the zoomrange
    heavy

This isn't a great nor a bad lens, the best is that it's still quiet sharp at 105mm. It's got a good zoomrange (for FF) and has long been my standard lens. The only disadvantage is the weight. There are better and lighter lenses out there.

  • Pentax 20-35mm f/4 AL SMC P-FA

8 out of 10 points and recommended
    Great image quality
Not that flare resistant (for a Pentax lens)

A great lens, very good for traveling because it's quiet light. Probably also a geat lens for DSLR.
Sold it some time ago and will probably regret it when buying a K10D.
