"One-Trip" 4-Hour Internet Xpress Prints Service Makes Getting Online Prints Faster and Easier than Ever Before

BELTSVILLE, Md. - April 20, 2004 - Ritz Camera Centers announces their improved "One-Trip" Internet Xpress Prints (IXP) service this spring, offering customers a faster, more convenient way to obtain camera-store quality prints from their digital media. By going to www.ritzpix.com customers no longer have to wait 3-4 days for prints to be made and then mailed. After uploading their digital images at www.ritzpix.com and designating a select Ritz Camera or Wolf Camera store to process them, customers will be able to pick up their finished "DigiPrints" in just four hours. The easy-to-use IXP service will save customers both time and frustration and can be accessed from any computer throughout the world. This online DigiPrint service is now available at over 500 Ritz and Wolf Camera stores nationwide, an increase of 200 stores from the previous year.

Ritz Camera's Internet printing service allows individuals or multiple parties (friends, family, businesses) across the country to enjoy the same set of DigiPrints at the same time. Orders can be placed from home, the office, or anywhere in the world with Internet access, and within four hours, DigiPrints will be printed and ready at select Ritz Camera locations involving only one trip to the store. The advantage of IXP is that it eliminates the days of waiting required by other online services for making and mailing prints from uploaded images. Additionally, the photographer who wants to give a set of their vacation pictures to family across the country can do so quickly and conveniently. For example, one set of DigiPrints can be produced and picked up in Washington, D.C., while a duplicate set will be available for pick up in Atlanta at the same time.
