It's not all about iPods, we nod grimly to ourselves, as we kayak down Market St. to the Moscone Convention Center for a peek around Macworld Expo 2005. The iPod storm has been upstaged by a real storm, flooding some city streets (and not with MP3s).

You'll notice the entrance to the South Hall has an intriguing Epson banner and we expect at least one major non-Apple software announcement. So we're anticipating some interesting news for digital photographers this week.

Our coverage will start with Steve Jobs' keynote address tomorrow morning and continue with a tour of the Expo floor as well as coverage of the major announcements over the next two days.

Traditionally, the kiosks around Moscone are plastered with a new poster following Jobs' address, highlighting the big news. This year, iPod posters are already up with the Macworld dates on them.

Fabio M. Zambelli of MacityNet got the scoopon the new iPods and the "Life Is Random" theme.
