This camera is the "little brother" to the A340 that we reviewed a short while ago.

The two cameras are essentially identical apart from the sensor resolution, the A340 having a 4-megapixel chip, the A330 a 3-megapixel one. Images from the two cameras were also fairly similar in terms of color and tonality, but I found the A330 to have a tendency toward warm color casts that made its images less appealing to my eye. While the A330 is still a good choice for a (very) affordable entry-level digital camera, I think the Fujifilm FinePix A340 is a better deal, given how close the "street" prices of the two cameras are. Read my review of the Fujifilm FinePix A330 for all the details on this latest model, or the Fujifilm A340 review for info on its slightly upscale sibling.
