Samsung reveals US digicam pricing

Samsung USA has now officially announced US pricing for two of the digital camera models it unveiled in Europe and Asia some weeks ago, and confirmed that a number of the other cameras will also be shipping stateside.
We told you about the new models at that time, and are currently in the process of updating our database with full specifications. We'll update this item shortly with spec tables in our standard format. Briefly though, the new models that are confirmed to be coming to the US market, with pricing information where available, is as follows: - Digimax Pro815 - 8 mpix, 15x zoom. $849.
- Digimax i5 - 5 mpix, 3x zoom. $349.
- Digimax L55W - 5 mpix, 4.8x zoom. Pricing unknown.
- Digimax V800 - 8 mpix, 3x zoom. Pricing unknown.
- Digimax L50 - 5 mpix, 3x zoom. Pricing unknown.
- Digimax A50 - 5 mpix, 3x zoom. Pricing unknown.
- Digimax A55W - 5 mpix, 4.8x zoom. Pricing unknown.
Availability for the new cameras was not announced.
