A press release from Maha Energy Corp. has announced the launch of its new MH-C808M eight-cell multi charger.

The MH-C808M shares the unusually attractive and user-friendly design traits of the recently launched MH-C801D model, but where that charger accepted any combination of one to eight AA or AAA cell batteries for simultaneous charging, the new model can also throw C or D cell rechargeables into the mix as well. A large, clear LCD display shows both the current charge level and the charging status of all eight batteries individually, and should be much easier to understand than the usual system of flashing and/or colored LEDs used on most chargers. Two buttons allow the user to select from either a "soft" charge mode that offers the maximum battery life and compatibility with older batteries, or a "fast" charge mode that allows eight batteries to be fully charged in approximately one hour.

The MH-C808M incorporates a large, back lighted LCD. This bright LCD displays the charging status of each battery in English, replacing traditional LED indicators.

The MH-C808M refreshes old and degraded batteries coolly and efficiently.
