New version of software, which will be compatible with Photoshop CS3,
is available to all registered users of Mask Pro 4.

Las Vegas, NV - March 7, 2007 - onOne Software, Inc., announces today the availability of the Mask Pro 4.1 beta for all registered users of Mask Pro 4, the company's popular digital image masking plug-in software, for both Macintosh and Windows platforms. Users interested in becoming beta testers can register at (http://labs.onOnesoftware.com). Mask Pro 4 provides a complete collection of Photoshop® plug-in tools that allow users unprecedented flexibility when tackling even the most challenging image masking jobs.

"onOne Software is determined to keep pace with the post processing needs of today's digital photographer by allowing our users to take advantage of the most recent software updates," said Craig Keudell, president of onOne Software. "This new version is right in step with the latest updates from Adobe Photoshop, a recognized leader in digital imaging workflow solutions."

onOne Software's Mask Pro 4 uses the concept of "keep colors" and "drop colors" chosen by the user and then based on those user selections, the Mask Pro 4 algorithm will remove only those selected colors from an image. One of the strengths of Mask Pro 4 is that when a "drop color" is found in another pixel, Mask Pro 4's powerful color decontamination technology will remove only that color value from the pixel, leaving that pixel (or pixels) semi-transparent. The benefit to the user is that Mask Pro 4 will virtually eliminate the edge halo effect often seen when masking a transparent object or edge. In addition, Mask Pro 4 focuses on teaching the user how to best use this comprehensive toolset for masking a wide range of images.

The Mask Pro 4.1 beta release includes support for 16-bit images. The Macintosh version of the beta release of Mask Pro 4.1 is a Universal Binary and offers native support for both Intel-based and PowerPC-based Macintosh computers. The final version will be Photoshop CS3 compatible. It is expected to ship shortly after the commercial release of Adobe Photoshop CS3.

Mask Pro 4.1 will be available as a free download to all registered owners of Mask Pro 4.0. Registered owners may request a replacement CD for $9.95 shipping and handling. Mask Pro 4 is available from onOne Software authorized distributors and resellers, or direct from onOne Software at(www.ononesoftware.com).
