Nikon releases D300 firmware version 1.03

Nikon has released firmware version 1.03 for the Nikon D300 digital SLR. Available now via Nikon USA's support website, the update corrects an issue with an incorrect battery charge status.
Modifications enabled with upgrade of A and B firmware to v.1.03 - An issue that, in some rare circumstances, caused the battery indicator to blink, regardless of actual battery charge, has been resolved.
