September 16, 2008 - When ordering photos or photo products from digital data this is mostly done at a Photo Terminal. About 60% of all orders find their way from the terminal to the Photofinishing laboratory or an output system at the photo retailer. Fujifilm is one of the biggest suppliers of these order terminals and is providing them under the designation ‚order-it Photo Terminal’ for ten years now. At Photokina 2008 a completely revised model will be presented that will be made available Europe-wide on the more than 18.000 Fujifilm Photo Terminals.

The new system offers a touchscreen monitor up to 17 inches, a new operator interface as well as a modern design. Via this new terminal also new products can be ordered like ‘Fujifilm Photobook brilliant’ and ‚Photo Calender on writable paper’, that will be introduced at the Photokina. The new order-it Photo Terminal by Fujifilm is compatible to nearly each kind of output device including Frontier Minilabs, ASK Printer, Large Format Printer as well as Xerox Phaser Printer.

The totally revised terminal software of the newly presented system offers the retailer various functions that facilitate the daily work and turn the Fujifilm order-it Photo Terminal to an absolute self-service device.
