APPLE.GIF Apple Releases Mac OS 10.5.6

Leopard update adds Aperture graphics improvements and improves printing in CS3 and with Brother and Canon USB printers.

Apple today released Mac OS 10.5.6, updating its Leopard operating system with a number of improvements and bug fixes.

Among the more interesting changes for photographers are:

• Fixes for possible graphics distortion issues with certain ATI graphics cards

• Graphics improvements for iChat, Cover Flow, Aperture and iTunes

• Improves printing for the Adobe CS3 application suite

• Improves printing for USB-based Brother and Canon printer
