Our discussion with Adobe Senior Engineer Jerry Harris covered a lot of ground. He outlined exactly what you can do to speed up Photoshop. And he discussed GPU design, including what to look for when you're buying a new card or computer.
But perhaps the most interesting part of our chat considered just how we react to the user interface -- and how we might. Inspired by the iPhone and Wii and encouraged by the performance gains a GPU provides, Harris envisions a much more intuitive interface for Photoshop.
