Hong Kong- Hi-Den Vision introduces tiny Hi-Def Photo Player (HD-0311), which is not only the smallest photo or media player for viewing photos on large HDTVs up to 1080p HDMI resolution, but also allows customization with remote control when viewing

May 11, 2009 - Although many digital cameras include an HDMI port, they don’t support customization when viewing photos. With Hi-Den Vision's Digital Photo Player, its remote control allows customizations like choosing 16 styles of transition effect and transition time, and can also zoom in / zoom out, pause, and change to the previous or next photo. The HD-0311 also supports playing your favorite music simultaneously as background music which has been stored in USB devices.

Just insert a USB flash drive, USB portable hard disk (FAT32) or USB card reader, and you can show larger-than life high resolution images, video clips and play MP3 music files on an HDTV.

The HD-0311 provides several conveniences for travelers. The HD-0311 is the smallest digital photo player, with a size of 4.8 (W) x 10.1 (L) x 1.6 (H) cm and a weight of 50g, which is convenient to bring along on journeys. The HD-0311 is also equipped with a 5V DC output port for portable hard disks if additional power is required, which can save the need to bring power adaptors for the portable hard disk. The AC power adaptor works with 100-240V which can be used worldwide.

The HD-0311 shares the same user interface of Hi-Den Vision's other model, the HD-0310 1080p HDMI Digital Photo Viewer. The main difference with HD-0310 is that:

1. The HD-0310 has a direct slot for memory cards, while the HD-0311 requires additional USB card readers to read memory cards.

2. The HD-0310 works with both HDTV and non-HDTV as there is a composite video port, while the HD-0311 is just equipped with an HDMI output port.

3. The HD-0310 can work as an HDMI switch, while the HD-0311 doesn’t support this function.

4. The HD-0310 is a little bit larger than the HD-0311.
