JACKSON, Mich. – PMA – The Worldwide Community of Imaging Associations – announces the colocation of the PrintFest Expo pavilion and Cross Media West Conference at PMA 2010, Feb. 21-23, 2010, at the Anaheim Convention Center, Anaheim, Calif.

The PrintFest pavilion will be open all three days of PMA 2010, while the Cross Media West conference will be Monday, Feb. 22.

“PMA welcomes the Cross Media and PrintFest events to Anaheim,” said Ted Fox, PMA Executive Director and CEO. “This represents continued efforts by PMA to engage in all sectors of the photo imaging industry.”

PrintFest was launched in 2006 by Chris Jacobson, former owner and producer of Gutenberg Festival, to help printers and their customers evolve their businesses to take advantage of growing profitable niche markets. Through a partnership with DMA Southern California and its DM West Expo, PrintFest was the first event to bring printers and marketers together in 2008.

“In an effort to help our customers leverage their marketing spend, we identified the PMA 2010 show as a logical partner,” said Jacobson. “Several digital print solutions manufacturers, dealers, and distributors are already displaying equipment, supplies, systems, and services at the annual PMA show, whose tagline is, ‘The Ultimate Event for Everything Photo.’"

Cross Media West is a new one-day conference focusing on the integration of multiple media, including electronic media and digital print, for marketing and advertising purposes. Topics and exhibits include variable data direct mail, variable data email, personalized URLs (PURLs), cross media marketing strategies, personalization, customization and targeting, measuring campaigns for effectiveness and ROI, workflow, and web-to-print solutions.

PMA 2010 continues the long-standing association history of providing world-class speakers and high-caliber education with 150 educational sessions presented by 300 speakers. PMA 2010 exhibitors will demonstrate the widest array of technologies and services for capturing, outputting, and displaying photographic life moments.
