We would like to express deepest sympathy to all the people affected by the Earthquake and tsunami that struck the northern region of Japan on March 11.

Hoya Corporation today announced that it will donate 100 million Japanese yen to assist relief and recovery efforts in communities affected by the disaster.

In addition, Hoya is prepared to donate medical equipment such as a rigid video laryngoscope for intubation for use in disaster recovery efforts according to the areas’ needs.

We are wishing for a restoration of the affected area as early as possible.
