SanDisk Announces Departure of CFO Frank Calderoni
1:57 EST - SanDisk Corp. announced today that Frank A. Calderoni, Chief Financial Officer, has resigned his position with the company effective March 1 to pursue a similar position with another employer. SanDisk has begun a search for Mr. Calderoni's replacement.
