    Sharpness, speed, build quality.
    Weight, lack of IS.

Wide open arguably the best lens on Fuji X at the moment, Sharp all the way through the aperture, and even in challenging situations, never failed to dissapoint me. Been dailying it for a while, and have not any situation where it doesn't give me amazing images. Combined with the IBIS of my X-H1, it's an amazing workhorse lens, and definitely one to stay in my arsenal.

    - Outstanding sharpness and bokeh - Useful close focusing capabilities - Weather sealed
    - A bit long and heavy - No build in stabilization - Expensive if bought new - 7 straight aperture blades (bokeh balls not rounded when stopped down)

This may be Fuji's best lens.
Optically it's impressive, razor sharp from wide open with smooth bokeh. On the contrary to the 56mm f/1,2, this one is weather sealed and focuses quite close for it's focal lenght (about 60cm).

I was a bit reluctant to buy it because of the 135mm equivalent but after a few months of use, I find it quite versatile. Only real downside except lenght, weight and price is the lack of stabilization. Not a big deal in daylight but it could have been nice to have in low light.

Another little thing is that lens is nearly perfect but I don't understand why it has a 7 straight blades aperture. It has no incidence in most cases but you can notice polygonal bokeh balls when stopped down. Easiest thing to avoid this is to shoot wide open (the lens is already almost as sharp as it can get) but still a bit of a strange design choice for a portrait lens.

Sharpness wide open Price / Quality

Instead of what is written in the review, the lens hood for my 90mm f2 is made of plastic.

Tot be honest; this lens does what it needs to do wide open, without any concessions. Tack sharp, crisp, contrasty and clean shots. Its so 'perfect' Its actually a bit boring imo. I have to push myself using this lens, because it lacks the characteristic shots the 56 1.2 gives me. Its just a matter of taste with this lens. The lack of vibration reduction is no problem for my outdoor shoots.

    OMG!!
This virtual perfect optic fills your hand.. It takes two hands to shoot with this lens.

This 90mmF2 Jewel Quality Gem from Fuji is all on its own, the single best reason to buy into the Fuji X body series. How perfect can a lens be.... Shoot this one and see.

sharpness, color, bokeh, focus speed ...
    none

Didn't believe my eyes, when I saw the first pictures when I bought this lens. It's sharper than most of the glass I own, even when shooting wide open. Both sharpness and contrast are nothing but spectacular across the whole frame on all apertures.
The bokeh is smooth but contrasty, the color is nice and the focus speed is good.
If there is one thing not to like this lens it is, that there are not many of it's kind

    Extremely sharp, fast, build
    a bit pricey

This lens is ideally a longer portrait lens, however with its fast focusing, especially on the X-T1 a great lens also for street and event photography.
On the X-E2 focusing is a little bit slower, but still very useable!
    WR is a fine feature!
