Here's a quickie Gold Box deal for today only on Amazon.com: a Nikon P7000 for $249.00, half off the original $499.00 list price. Note: This deal has expired, but the P7000 is still listed pretty low, now selling for $279.
The Nikon P7000 is a camera that we liked, but didn't give it a Dave's Pick primarily for its slow interface and slow shot-to-shot speed. We did like its image quality, however, so if speed isn't an issue for you, this might just be the camera for you.
