Usually, if you hear a story about a mid-air collision between two planes, it's the beginning of a tragedy. But over the weekend, a skydiving collision in Wisconsin ended the best way you could hope for — not only did everyone involved survive the accident, but the whole dramatic ordeal was captured from multiple video sources.

The two planes were extremely near each other in order for both sets of skydivers would jump extremely close to another. Unfortunately, the two planes strayed too close, and the resulting accident saw an explosion in the middle of the sky. Both sets of divers were flung out sooner then planned, and a fireball engulfed one of the vehicles, raining burning remains among the passengers as they fell some 12,000 feet.

Luckily, it was a trained group of skydivers. All of them managed to deploy their parachutes in time, and the pilot of the destroyed plane was able to use his safety chute in order to land safely. Not only that, but the second pilot was able to land his damaged aircraft, thus saving his own life, too.

Since a number of the divers were outfitted with action cameras, the resulting footage is absolutely incredible. You can see some of it in the video below, but NBC Today has much more of it, including interviewing the survivors. Watching the same accident from five different feeds at the same time is incredible and terrifying.

For what could have been a truly horrible disaster, it's amazing in that no one was injured, and that this incredible video came from it.
