Almost five years after its initial release, Instagram is still going strong as one of the, if not the, largest photo-sharing platform in the world. Thanks in part to a considerably open API, a handful of third-party apps have been developed around Instagram to further utilize its impressive user base and strong feature set.

One such app is #Hashboard, a fairly new web app that allows you to easily create collections of Instagram images and display them in a masonry, board-style layout. Built by Jakarta-based Weekend, its simple interface and beautiful presentation makes it simple to bring together a handful of images.

The uses are limited only by your imagination, but a few of the more obvious ones include using a hashtag to document your family vacation, then sharing the corresponding #Hashboard with friends and family while you’re enjoying life. Another option is to use this for weddings, many of which have their own hashtags for social media events.

The ability to search through hashtags has long been integrated with the Instagram application, but it’s far from intuitive when you’re wanting to browse a large collection of images, especially on a larger screen.

Signing up for #Hashboard is as simple as heading over to the site and connecting it with your Instagram account. Give it a shot and let us know what you’ll be using it for.
