Update: We've added more information about our experience with different AF modes, keeper rates, more details about image sharpness, and more!

The Sony A9, the camera maker's higher-end flagship full-frame mirrorless camera, made its long-awaited debut last week in New York City. After the press announcement, Imaging Resource, along with a number of other members of the press, spent nearly an entire day photographing a variety of sporting events with the new Sony A9. Everything from ice hockey and figure skating to pro-level Olympic-style events such as triple jump, pole vaulting, taekwondo and sprinting were on offer to test the speed and performance of this new mirrorless monster.

We're now able to publish these images from the A9, so if you're ready to see how this camera performs, head over to our detailed Gallery Images write-up, or you can simply head over to our Sony A9 Gallery Page for all of our RAWs and JPEGs.
